It might be the fastest turn over for questions, too. You can get 50+ answers in 5 minutes if you have a great question.

Yes! The reason it is so popular is because this is where everyone in the other categories sends you when you ask a question in what they have determined to be the wrong category! Once people end up here, they tend to stay because it is more fun!

I think it is because you can ask a variety of questions. And giving your opinion is more comfortable then needing to have specific knowledge of the questions asked!
