My lawnmower is working perfectly fine, except that it won't start. Nothing seems weird; I checked the gas, filter, oil, and the blades to see if anything is messed up, but everything is normal. We kept our lawnmowers outside for a week (it rained that week), so I think that them getting wet might be the problem. One of them is an automatic pus mower and the other is a normal push mower (I guess now-a-days automatic is normal...).

In answer to my first answer, I tried all of those things, and none showed anything weird or bad.

I assume that the filter you checked was the air filter. Make sure it is dry. It could be that you got water in the gas. Check the tank, water will look like "blogs" in the bottom of the tank. You didn't say whether the mower was wet or dry when you tried to start it. Make sure the plug wire is dry. Sitting in the rain shouldn't hurt the mower. I wash mine all the time with the garden hose. I would check for spark.

The magnet on the flywheel has some rust on it.Remove the top housing and take some fine emery sand paper and sand of the rust.
