Yeah, hate to say it but the formula on the second one is whack.
By the way if ur tryin to say that they have the same amount of Carbons and hydrogens, its called a

in the former case the -C- is a tertary carbon atom whereas in the latter case the same pirticular C is a secondary carbon atom. and as in the latter case that C does not have any mention of its other two valecies we consider them to be hydrogen.
