give them the email address or yahoo acct. and they will delete it. i like to mess with those people, string them along, promise them the money. meanwhile i have yahoo cancel their acct. like 5 or 6 times so they have to work to create new accts everyday.

Yes there are still tons of those flying . . .
More people are on to the scam , but poverty in Nigeria remains ,
And unfortunately , there are out - of - touch people here , who fall for the hustle .
Most of them are sent from cafes and not a home or permanent location . They are hard to track once they leave the coffee shop , although the "send to" should be useable .

I forward mine to INTERPOL , because I figure they are the most connected globally .
There may be a better agency however ,
So I am going to follow the responses to your question .

Now if only people would get that those ,
"Cash a check for us and send us some $$$"
are total scams too !

Nigeria has been known as one of the biggest scam countries of the world. I would not deal with anybody or organization that is not in the United States.

I get at least 10 of those every day. It is the main occupation of people in Nigeria. Cheating their fellow man, between praying 5 time a day.

You and everyone else on Yahoo or for that matter, anyone else on the Internet. The FBI, but they already know about it and can't do much about it. Just report it as spam or delete. I get them all the time.

thats been a round like five yrs now you can report it but nothing can be done because its in another country and comes from a cafe more than likey might lose a name is all theres a report button and you could send in there email... look under email fraud i just delete them
