to this very upset mom,god bless you.your daughter is "walking thru the valley of the shadow of death".HE is with her. HIS rod and staff will comfort her. her cup overflows, but, as i remember an old bible song," i drink from my saucer b/c my cup is overflowing". may i put a spin on that song. GOD'S cup is overflowing, but it never overflows enuff to where her, being part of the overage, will not let her fall into the saucer. shes the drip that will be rescued.AMEN,AMEN,and AMEN

This something you need to discuss with a lawyer or call the jail and see exactly what the technical charges are. Being a first offense what they do in the case of a D.W.I. in your State? That the only real charge, the rest are minute actually, for a first offense.

Since its her first offense she might be able to get away with community service. It all depends on how old she is. Secondly, if anyone was her while she was driving and how many times she committed the offense. It seems like no one was hurt and you said this was her first time. So if she does have to do Jail time it will probably be a light sentence maybe 60 days. Many people who drive DWI get off on just a suspended license. Prostitution is not a major crime. She will be okay. They like to put people away for more serious crimes like robbery, rap, murder because its expensive to house inmates and jails are to overcrowded. My feeling is that she will probably get community service which is like a slap on the wrist. Even if she goes to jail God will protect her. He has a plan for your daughter she may grow up to be a future pastor her life has just began. She will soon have a testimony and bless others with her life. Keep her in prayer. I'll make sure I do to.

I am sorry to hear about your troubles. Laws differ from state to state, but it is likely that she is facing some jail time. I know if it were my daughter I would want to bail her out. Hopefully this will be a wake up call for her. Perhaps if you bail her out you can persuade her to get into a rehab. Maybe you can get some family, and friends together, and do an intervention right there at the jail when she is released.
Good Luck You Have My Prayers.

Depending on what State you're in and how they deal with those offences, and because it's her first offence - she may get away with a fine and probation, maybe some community service, depending on how remorseful she is/acts.
I know people who've been arrested many times for drug possesion charges, and all's they get is fines and probation, even after multiple arrests.
Also,an old neighbour of mine got drunk and stripped off in the street (thinking he was at home) and he got charged with public lewdness and he just got a $1,000 fine.

This has not been the 1st time it has got here approximately, dont be attentive to of any circumstances in Scotland, yet do be attentive to it has got here approximately in England. Have heard infants going to college at 15yrs up here, because of the fact they dont attend college, for what ever reason. each and every so often I dont like my hair or I dont like Mondays, yet i ought to pass to paintings!!! If the mummy is jailed, and there is not any family members help the place does the toddler pass, foster care i might think of, extra rate. Its a mentality element, needless to say the14yr previous is manipulating the situation because of the fact she knows she would be in a position to flee with it, and the mummy has no administration. Parenting training for this one. penal complex isnt the respond for the mummy, and supply that 14yr previous a solid speaking to.

Maybe doing a little jail time will wake her up. Not being harsh or mean. Sometimes running to save our children isn't the best solution. A little time behind bars may help her to evaluate her life.

Tough love is the best love. Do the crime, do the time. Obviously your daughter is old enough to know better and make her own decisions. She will either learn from her mistakes or continue to make more. It's all up to her now.

Holy crap!
She's probably not going to be in a HUGE amount of trouble, but, I'll tell you . . . when you list four offenses, and say, "It's her first offense. . ." it leaves me wondering WHICH was her first offense (because obviously, the remaining were her second, third, and fourth).
