is OB really a hard class? is there any nursing student/nurses whose having a hard time with OB or is it just me? I'm on my peds/ob rotation, and before i started everyone has been telling me how hard peds is, they told me to just be happy with a C but i found that ironic because i've been having an A on peds and a D on OB! i'm single never been pregnant, do you guys think it could have been easy if i was a mom?

No, it don't matter if you have kids or not, its just a lil harder than the rest, I had problems with it too but I studied harder and longer and i came out with an A. I was like u at the beginning, maybe something is not clicking with u and u need to find a better methom of studying that particular subject. Good Luck and don't worry you will do great!

I found obstetrics hard too...(I studied medicine) As for the part of being a mother, it would give you an idea, but dont forget not everyone else would experience delivery or childcare the same way you would.
