I'd say it's good. Plus having an orgasm may help with your cramps. Make sure you use a condom since you CAN get pregnant when you have your period. And put a towel on the bed or do it in the shower since it can be messy.

it's neither good nor bad. i wouldn't just because it's gross to me but if your partner is fine with it then go ahead. don't be fooled that because you're on your period you can't get pregnant. there's still a chance. it's less of a chance, but the chance is still there. good luck.
