well not if they are willing to pay you what you deserve to be paid and treat you as a regular employee. Such as vacation time, sick days, and medical. And they also respect you. But these are the same qualities you should look for in all jobs. Good luck

It is the right idea. Otherwise for which other person will you work.? As a member of the family ,we have to discharge our responsibility towards each member.

Yes,specialy when there is a disagreement on business issues.It cause some hardship with the family member

Definately I worked for a family who were always arguing it was so unprofessional and embarassing at times, They were lethal....... but if you have a nice family it might be OK

not that bad. it depends how you handle the idea. if you think of negative people's comment then you feel bad. if you ignore such then its good for you. important thing is... you are earning a clean living and happy with it.

Could very well be, I certainly wouldn't want to, any promotion would be because I've earned it, no one could accuse me, of it being a family thing!

It is if they take advantage of you and pay you the minimum wage, if they treat you right and good then no better people to work for.
