Scott over Ric: In the dying days of WCW, it really seemed like Scott was in for a major push, and was already a key player in the main event and upper midcard scene. I think Flair would put Poppa Pump over him as a logical squash, and I do mean squash. i could see Flair flopping major for Steiner

Kevin Nash over Vader: Big Van Vader wasn't as big as Big Kev in WCW. As I said in the first round, the Outsiders = Money, and only a few Japan smarks would actually want to see Vader advance. That would be a stiff match.

Scott over Randy: Mostly for a compelling match between Kev and Scott that could indeed result in the infamous "Finger Poke of Doom!" Savage was somewhat misused in WCW on occasions, but Scott was a spotlight player always. I say Scott with a controvercial interference spot by Big Sexy

Hogan over Anderson: I shouldn't even have to explain this one, haha. Double A carries and jobs

Sting over Rick Rude: Rude was a major midcard player, but Stinger was the second biggest name in the company, and probably the wrestler most synonamous with the WCW brand. I say Sting in a hard-fought squash over Rude.

Steamboat over Dusty: This was a tough one, but a very classic pairing, and it would make for a fairly interesting, if not good, match. I see a spotty bloodbath leading to Dusty tapping to a double chickenwing in a spectacle of physical strength on Steamboat's part. Obligatory face handshake/hug moment in respect.

DDP over Luger: DDP was hot stuff in WCW, Luger was always the sidekick or the stable member. I will say this, WCW did the right thing by booking so few big event one-on-one matches with Luger involved. They always put him in a tag or a six man, or a war games, and frankly it's smart booking for such talentless muscle. DDP hits a diamond cutter out of an attempted torture rack.

Goldberg over the Booker Man: Book was kind of second-fiddle main event in WCW. He made for a good big name, and did hold the title on multiple (5 times, 5 time, 5 time...you get the jist) but in the later days of WCW, especially in the gimmick of "G.I. Bro" Book took a backseat to the likes of Goldberg. Bill ducks a scissors kick, hits the ropes and nails a spear for the win.

Steiner wins
Nash wins
Scott Hall is DQed due to interferience Re mach is booked for next week ( NO-DQ any where fall fatal 3 way -Scott is refused a place in re match, sting in his place )

Sting wins
Dusty wins
Luger is DQed for use of a kindo stick DDP wins and goes mental on Luger.
Goldberg beets Booker T quickly,
Howerver half way up ramp Goldberg is met by Tank Abbot who challenges him for a match at next paperview, tapping the WCW Heavyweight belt around Goldy's waist

Goldberg nods and sais "Your Next"
Tank Sucker-Punches Goldburg to the floor
Booker-T (as he was decent once) defends Goldberg from Tank and helps him up - a fitting end to a remarkable night.
