i saw a clip of a so-called sequel to shaun of the dead in youtube and that got me curius..is there realy a sequel to the movie...

shaun of the dead or dawn of the dead? dawn of the dead is a real movie with a plot of zombies who actually atack a town. now, shaun of the dead is a movie too! it has the same plot of dawn of the dead( its actually the same movie) but its a "funny version".
i saw both. so to answer your question, yes, theres a sequel to shaun of the dead.

not to my knowledge, although Simon Pegg and Nick Frost made a movie called Hot Fuzz which has some similar gags in it.. (intenionally put into the movie)
