I would say Superantispyware and AVG. Both remove lots of junk on the computer.

AVG Anti-Spyware
Its Way Better Than Spybot And Ad-Aware.
It Has A More Powerful Scanner Than Spybot And 8 Times More Spyware Signatures Than Ad-Aware.
For The First 30 Days It'll Offer Full Protection Such As A Resident Shield And Automatic Updating.
After The Trial Period This Will Be Disabled And It'll Be Just Like Ad-Aware. It May Not Offer The Resident Shield But It Scanner Is Yours For Life.
The Only Downside Is That The Scanner Takes Long To Scan.
Download AVG Anti-Spyware Not The Anti-Virus
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/downloads-pr...
PS: Only Noobs Use Ad-Aware And Spybot :)

Have you ever checked with your internet provider. You are paying for one that they probably will let you use the full advantage of. If you have Shaw.ca then they have a fantastic one, up grades constanly and it will inform you of interference or hacking. But check with who you pay your internet bill to. Bet they have a really good one, with all the little goodies to go along with it.

Turning off system restore deletes the system restore files.
Right click on "my computer"> Properties > System Restore Tab > Check box turn of system restore
