I will be back with credible links.
Good question.
1. here is how the WORLD views Israel compared to other nations. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/6421597.stm
2. here is how they influence government to give them benefits based on "discrimination" when no other American receives these benefits. http://www.juf.org/govt_affairs/default.aspx
3. I don't know why people need a link to the ignored UN resolutions. It's well known, but they are just playing dumb I guess. Here it is: http://www.irc-online.org/fpif/commentary/2002/0210unres_body.html
The question, "Is it a democracy", is yeas it is a secular stare. But wait - only those of the Jewish faith can live there and become citizens. Those Christian and Muslim Palestinians, who used to live in peace, are now forced from their homes to accommodate European Jewish emigrants.
It is a democracy, in that Abortion is legal, gays enter the military, they seem more secular than the US. But wait - the state was founded and supported by Zionists who claim to be "God's chosen people". If the rest of us are 'unchosen', than why do we give 30 billion a year to cover their UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE?
Even the Jewish John Whiteback had this to say: http://news.yahoo.com/s/csm/20070914/cm_csm/ywhitbeck_1

Yes, Israel is indeed a democracy.
All citizens have the same rights; this of course includes the 20 + per cent that are not Jewish. Israeli Arabs sit in the parliament (knesset) and get the same freedoms and benefits as Israeli Jews.
In no Muslim country, in comparison, will you find the same democracy.
In Israel, EVERYONE is free to worship whichever faith they choose. Compare this to Saudi Arabia, where only Islam is 'legal' and where Christians are forbidden to even own or study a bible.
Yet I don't see you posting questions voicing your concern over Saudi Arabia - only Israel. How strange...
I have lived in Israel and this is how I know for sure that everyone has equal rights.
Obviously, you have never set foot on Israeli soil, otherwise you would not be posting such an absurd question.

It is in practice. In fact, non-Jewish Israelis have the same rights and privileges as Jews in Israel. Also, unlike Jews and the Druze, Israeli Arabs and Muslims are not required by law to serve in the military, citing the obvious conflict of religious interests.
However, discrimination against Israeli Arabs and Muslims has been known to occur in the workplace, and there's animosity towards Israeli Arabs from a large portion of the Jewish population.

I would try to reason with you but it is pretty obvious to me that you are going to continue to spew your hate rhetoric no matter what evidence is presented to prove you wrong.
Tell me though just out of curiosity are you even willing to think about all the times Israel has been attacked without provocation other than their own existence? Didn't think so I would bet that the first thought that crossed your mind after that statement was an automatic defense of anyone that attacks the Israeli people. This is a text book case of prejudice in action.

Good grief, this is the best you have? Why not post a few blogs from the Hitler youth?
BTW, please tell us what nation you believe is a democracy in the middle east. I'm just itching to read that you think Iran has a democracy.

There are Muslim members of the Knesset that would seem to indicate that there is at least a modicum of democracy in Israel.

That's just like the UN they have always sided with the anti-American terrorists. The UN is at best inept and at worst the biggest backer of Islama-fascists in the world. We should withdraw from the UN and kick them off American soil.

No it isn't but sadly the brainwashed masses have no idea what you're trying to tell them and I don't think you are very serious either. Do you find the genocide of millions of Palestinians amusing?

Yes, even Palestinians can vote in Isreali elections.
They could control the entire country if they really wanted to.
