you delete them,I always use ad-aware and never hesitate to delete negligable objects, they are potentially dangerous files.

I have used Ad-Aware in the past, and for the negligible objects, I look to see what program they are used by (if any). If it's a program I run on my system on a regular basis, I leave it alone. If I don't recognize how it's used, I quarantine it or delete it.

It depends on your own preferences.

Usually negligible objects in Ad-Aware are Most Recently Used (MRU) items, internet cookies, etc.

You can delete them safely. There is hardly any need to quarantine them. You may also choose to leave them alone if you find that it is inconvenient to get along when MRU, cookies etc are deleted.

The new Ad-Aware is sometimes confusing about this. My rule is - if Ad-Aware finds it - I delete it - regardless of what it is.
