15=90/V
15/1=90/V; cross multiply giving you 90/1(90)=15V
divide by 15; 90/15=15V/15
90 divided by 15=6
15V divided by 15=1V (V)
6=V

The answer is v=6.
What I did was I multiplied both sides of the equation by v, then I got 15v=90. Then I isolated v, and transposed 15, then I got, v=90/15, I simplified it and got v=6.
Hope this helps.

15 = 90/v
multiply both sides by v
15 v = 90 v / v
v n v cut out on 90's side
15 v = 90
divide by 15 both sides
v = 6

15 = 90/v
Multiply both sides by "v":
15v = (90/v)v = 90v/v = 90
Divide both sides by 15:
(15v)/15 = 90/15
v = 90/15
v = 6
