Ramis unrelated to hard drives, so not it wont increase. Nevertheless you can still run two hard drives at once without problems

hard drives are completely unrelated to RAM (Random Access Memory) and therefore there will not be a change in the amount of RAM available, however it is very easy to run 2 HDDs at the same time, with no conflict

Hard drives are for file storage.

Ram = Random Access Memory which is used by programs while they are running.

The two are unrelated.
