Days and nights would still occur since that's due to the earth's rotation

However, "changing of the seasons" would end. This means that each part of the earth would have generally the same weather year round. You would not have seasons that change. The northern areas would stay generally cold, the southern areas generally warm, no big changes during the year

Also, the length of day & night would be 12 hours each, everywhere, without changing.

Weather would be more constant but could vary somewhat.

Would there be any differences at all? There would still be some slight changes during the year even though there would not be seasons as we know them now. The Earth-Sun distance does vary during the year. Currently the sun is closest to Earth in the Northern Hemisphere winter and further away in summer. With no tilt, this change in Earth-Sun distance during the year would produce a slight impact on the weather pattern. It must be emphasized the impact would be small since the Earth-Sun distance is not significantly different during the year (91.4 million miles in January compared to 91.5 million miles in July). Earth having tilt has a far greater impact on the weather pattern but without any tilt the Earth-Sun distance would have the dominant impact on season.

There will still be day and night as the earth is still rotating around it self.

If the did not tilt at its axis there will not be four seasons in northern and southern region. There for malaysia will not get monsoon season. Hehehe...

Rotation of the earth is what causes day/night changes for us all, but the tilt of the earth is what causes weather changes. Here's a link, it's pretty interesting!

It will change almost everything. Firts of all the conditons of the weather will change as you have said. And it will effect human activities terribly. The temperature and rainfall will change from country to country. Oceans and seas will be effected also.
