now when you read that question don,t you think that i was saying it like "man miss usa etc is bla bla bla" as if i was dissing it noooo...im truly asking it honestly ...now we got that cleared...answer it away...

I don't see any point in them at, in fact, I find them disturbingly inappropriate.

I'm sure it's just overbearing mothers who just didn't quite fulfill their own dreams and ambitions when they were kids, who push their own daughters into doing these things. It's kind of like living their lives through their daughters, and it's pretty depressing.

I'll diss it for you. It's demeaning. It's a ritual from another time which shouldn't still exist. There is very little difference between that & any kind of pet show. The childrens' pagents are the worst.

I dunno. So girls that are as young as 5 years old can get a false belief of beauty, and they can live there adolescent lives through there mothers falsehoods?
