secondlife capture pods, sand hurricanes ect. ???

Question

how do i use these things? i have a sand hurricane, and a black sphere that boos and fallows ppl, but how do i use them?

i mean, like how do i cast it on someone or watever?

attach them to your avatar then enter mouselook then click on the person
