My husband and i have a daughter named patricia maureen wells, she was named after her two grandmas. we tried for years for another baby and we are finally pregnant. Trisha is 16 years old and is just now getting a first sibling. We are not sure what to name this baby however, patricia has always hated her name because she says its sounds too old, i have a few from my husbands list a few from my daugters and a few from mine, please rate them on a scale of 1-10 and comment them.

OK I'll vote on these, but please don't get offended. When it comes to names, it's all totally subjective.
By the way my name it Tricia - just Tricia - but I LOVE it. Tell your daughter that the name Patricia is from the word Patrician, meaning "to the manor born" or "of royal birth". It's a very high class name! She will love it when she's older. When I was 16 I hated my name too, and wanted to change my name to "Wendy" instead! LOL!
Girls names I liked: Katherine Alice, Sarah Elizabeth, Emily Rose, Olivia & Kate are pretty too.
Boys: Mason and Landon are OK, Luke maybe. What about Jonathan? Michael? Something classic. Something not so "2007".
Please NO To: Katalina (it's a set of islands, not a childs name), Sutton (they'll tease him that "he sucks uhm", trust me), Greyson (sounds like a wolf), Peyton (a soap star name if there ever was one) or Terrance (sound too gay). Landon is a last name of an actor, Corbin is too current/not classic enough.

There are so many good names on this list!
If push came to shove, I would choose Marissa Renee (I think Marissa is a beautiful name and not that common).
For a boy I like James David (which I know is not on your list). I avoid trendy names because there are tons of kids roaming around with the same trendy name. James is versatile: Jim, Jimmy, Jamie.
Good luck. As we all know, names stay with us for life. By the way, your daughter has a beautiful name which she will learn to appreciate as she ages.

2. Olivia Paige Wells (this kid will be creative and multi-talented)
3. Emily Rose Wells (will be an intelligent nerdy kid, but successful)
Your daughter's choices are yuk! Too obscure, too weird, too unpopular.

Katherine Alice Wells - cant go wrong, there are so many ways to shorten katherine as well. I like this name. Are you english? All these names sound very English (I am too)
Amy Ruth-Anne Wells - I'm personally not fond of Amy. If you don't like the name, there isn't much you can do with it.
Sara Elizabeth Wells - Is it pronounced like Sarah? An ok name, but not my favourite. I once knew this really annoying weird girl called sara-liz, which puts me off again.
Emily Rose Wells - A really pretty name. I really like this.
