one is dipstick. other is near pull starter with slot that u can use coin to open

The dipstick is where you fill the oil.
The slotted plug is an inspection hole to line up the flywheel marks when adjusting the cam timing.

dipstick is always the oil fill area, my 85 atc looks the same so I know where your commin from

Dip stick would be oil. Are you sure that this other spot is for fluid and not for drainage? It isn't near the axles so it couldn't be for gear lube, I don't know. unless it is another place for you to put oil in or it is another drain plug for the belt or clutch fluid, that's it!!!!!!
