how do i know if it is one of fear or the one that should guide me?

Your intuition often warns you with fear. For good reason. Always follow your intuition aka your guide. A gift from above given to all. Your belief in yourself has to be greater than that of the world.

Trust your feelings, not the voice,because words are just mere utterances of how we really feel so, if it feels right,and it makes you happy and you find it to be important enough then do that and it will guide you to the next experience, fear will only hold you back and keep you limited to one set way.As funny as it sounds our head will sometimes be talking just to hear it's self,and that don't make it right,but your feelings are genuine and true to the fact,so you should stick to that and tell your voice to put a clamp on it.

If you feel fear...well then it's not the one who guides you.
A guide never tells you what you should do...hence "guide". You should feel reasured, comfortable and secure.

go to a personal&intimate journal ( the Q&A way) and start writing about yourself. then you will know all in some weeks.A daily half hour exercise without fail..

well, the voice inside me tells me to do good (sometimes bad, tough).
feel free and listen to it, but if it tells you to do bad, leave it alone.
