(and the more 'learned' the person the more cold !)

Some people are born that way while other's learn through life experiences. The fact that a person is educated doesn't mean that they are any more colder than someone who is uneducated. The truth is that the more you know the more skillful you become. Simply put two people can have the same sword yet one goes on and learns how to yield it while the other simply uses it when necessary yet they both have the sword right? Thing is the person who mastered or learned how to yield it can cut you in alot more ways than the person who simply uses it when necassary.

Heartless Person

2016-11-13 20:11:32 · answer #2 · answered by Erika 4 · 0 0

I am cold and heartless, though I cannot say I developed that due to the vicissitudes of my life. Though my intelligence has served me in matters of business and wealth, It has most certainly not served me in matters of romantic relationships. Unfortunately I don’t seem to understand emotions, I spend more time analyzing everything that was said, how it was said, when it was said and every possible outcome that can result, rather than simply enjoying the emotion.
Emotional interactions with people that “date” me or “love” me are difficult and usually end in heart ache for them, simply because I can never return the emotion. When they get fed up with my short comings and leave the experience is extremely tragic for them because it doesn’t bother me.
I also find friendships, unless a mutually beneficial business relationships a hindrance to my time and energy.
I prefer to spend my time alone and perusing my own interests, I enjoy money more than anything, logical pursuits like computer programming, accounting and civil engineering from which I’ve made my living or anything that gives me more power like weight lifting, martial arts or more knowledge.
The problem is that I’m an attractive, well-built and wealthy man I can come off as charming and witty to those around me which has continued to bolster my career. However behind the scenes I’m actually devious, manipulative, egotistical and materialistic. I spend a lot of time talking to and relating to other people but not because I care about them, but to give the illusion I care about them so I have allies when I require them. I seem to gain a perverse pleasure from utilizing people as resources I can call on when needed. If I feel someone is threatening my position or authority I befriend that person while systematically turning everyone else against them and torpedoing them. I have dozens of people I’ve had fired on my way up that don’t know I had anything to do with their dismissal that now work in other company’s and are still my “friends”. The real problem is I come off as an intelligent and amicable fellow, I meet new people every day that have been referred for just those reasons, but I’m actually the last person you should trust because I care only for myself and whatever it takes to get ahead I do regardless of the consequence’s to others.

Yes...WE should try harder to help. And you can't forget the Somalian People and the people of the Horn of Africa. They're dying off and we're not doing anything. I just wish someone would start like a foundation or something so we can collect money to give to them so they can get out of that place. I heard it's called the worst humanitarian disaster. We can't let people die like that. This is absolutely treacherous. People are people and we must help one another. If you decide to do something, let me know. You can count me in.

Heartless people become heartless usually because they've experienced some incident that has caused them to lose faith in mankind (such as the death of a family member, abuse from others, mistreatment from others).

Extremely intelligent people sometimes are cold because they feel like they can't relate to the people around them, most of which have average or above-average intelligence. A lot of people sometimes don't want to be friends with very smart people because are intimidated by the fact that they know so much. This might cause the very learned people to feel lonely or like no one understands them.

I'm afraid that life is full of disappointments for the woolly characters. If you go through life relying on facts & remaining composed whatever the situation then lifes little knocks dont seem to knock as hard. By listening to your emotions & being optamistic in your early life you soon learn that this just makes everthing hurt more so you need to become hardened to such things & if this makes you cold then im guilty your honour!!

if you care too much about things you can do little about, it can damage you emotionally - learning to not care so much is a natural defence mechanism for survival.

some people, however, just don't give a toss - never have and never will - probably lots of reasons for this, but i don't know any of them.

i don't agree with the more learned more cold bit!!!!

they themselves have been treated in a heartless way by people that should be their "loved ones" and consequently become this way themselves

the more the treat people in a heartless way, the better they feel about themselves getting their own back
and they more they see this as normal practice!

hope this helps!
