and did you vacuum the mattress? (to get the dust mites out?)
i don't mine today and yes, i vacuumed the mattress!
the last time i don't it was last week!

I put clean bed linen on our bed every single Friday without fail and vacuum the dust mites up at the same time.

Last Thursday and I hoovered the matress.
I change the bedding every 7-10 days and hoover once a month.
Don't forget to throw back the duvet every morning to air the bed and open the windows.

Yesterday and yes I hoovered the mattress and the pillows and the curtains. and I do all of that once every two weeks.

Two days ago, but I didn't vacuum. Not a bad idea. Maybe next time I'll remember to do it.
