because the gravitational pull effects tides...the brain is more than half water...and so the gravitational pull of the moon effects your brain...hence the term lunatic...luna-tic...
There are things that will help...like drinking valarian tea...it has soothing qualities...so does chamomile and mint...charms and spells....actually it sounds like you need to be in ritual during the full of the moon...that is why there are full moon ceremonies..it a time of power

We are made mostly of water. The moon works with the tides, it is purifying and cleansing. Trying working in an ER. We'll let you know how nutso it is on those days. :)
Anyway, some moon cycles just hit people harder than others. From an astrological standpoint, I'm a cancer and that is ruled by the moon. So, some things such as a full moon affect me pretty hard. My suggestion is to watch the moon cycles and see how each one affects you. You'll learn to watch for patterns. When you know you're a particularly irritated, try to avoid situations that irk you. Really pay attention to the clues your body is giving you. Do some yoga breathing to calm down.
I hate to make this kind of a reference, but that's like asking a woman how they deal with the emotional side of PMS. You kinda just find a way to deal with it. lol Some ways are healthier than others.

Oh good grief! This all started over two things both having to do with crime. There were no street lights in the ancient days, but the full moon gave plenty of light for the drunks and tarts to roam the streets as well as the gentry looking for a lark. During the Dark of the moon it was a excellent work period for burglars and cut throats.

The light of the Moon has nothing to do with gravity (tides.) When the moon is closest to the Earth in its orbit is when the tidal force peeks. They are only concurrent on a few occasions.

The Charm would be a current almanac.

1) you may be psychologically suggestible and either cultural cues or the visual stimuli of seeing the full moon is triggering repressed behavior.

2) the moon's gravitational pull or mystical properties affect your physical being.

Either way, I don't recommend that you consult a psychic, unless you can absolutely verify that they aren't scamming you for your money or your personal favors.

Charms or spells are only as strong as the willpower that you, personally, are willing to invest into them. You ought to research the magical, physical and cultural properties of the moon, then choose an appropriate warding or protective spell or charm that won't conflict with your religion and use it. My recommendation is to get something magnetic, like a compass, magnetized hematite, lodestone or even a plain magnet and use it as a focus of prayer and meditation to invoke personal serenity amd peace. For maximum effectiveness, do this for a minute or two before bed each day, as well as whenever you feel seized by that nutso energy.

If you were to think of your Sun sign as your soul -- your inner personality and potential -- and your Moon sign as your heart -- your emotional core -- then you could say that your Rising sign is your physical self or the face you present to the world.

The ocean's tides are affected by gravitational pull of the moon on the Earth. There is also a mutual pull of the Earth on the moon, which keeps the moon in orbit around the Earth.

Well that gravitational pull could affect you and many more : )

Myself, I love the full moon it is very romantic

Maybe you just need to ground yourself
Stand on grass and look to the sun close your eyes and imagine the sun light going straight through you and out your feet which is grounding

Love & Blessings

My God! I couldn't have put it better! lol
The same thing happens to me. I've been raging yesterday and today. The same thing happened last full moon. Astrologically, you may have a weak moon position. I'm a Gemini Moon. Not very helpful.

Let me know, when you find out!
