I was just wondering what the best video card under 400$$ is.

What you want is SO EASY to do on desktop PCs but impossible on most laptops. You could give it a try then tell us how you turned a laptop into an amazing desktop.

Be sure to check to see if your laptop allows for a video card change. Many laptops are built so that the video card is part of the mother board and can not be changed. This is done because of the space limitations that apply to laptops.

Be sure your laptop does not have a built in card, Try ATI video cards they are the best out there.
