my bunnies just had babies, their 3/4 weeks old, whats the difference, how can i tell a girl from a boy?

With rabbits it can be difficult to tell except by looking. I suggest you ask your vet or someone who knows how to handle rabbits to help.
Rabbits mature very quickly, so unless you want more bunnies in a hurry you need to separate the females and the males as soon as the babies are weaned from the mother.

I don't recommend you to try and figure out its sex just yet...wait until they are a bit older...it is a bit hard to determine its sex just now.. need to wait until they mature

with gloves on, put the bunny on your lap, take hold of its back sin, turn up the belly and gently spread the genital area. the anal opening is located close to the tail and in front is the genital opening... male- genital opening is dot-shaped with testicles forming next to it..
female- genital is elongated like a slit

at 3/4 weeks of age I'm pretty sure it's hard to tell. but the website I went to says 3 wks is perfect...well, click the link to see :)
