Few of the replies have made this question much more interesting. You're enjoying a very good company I must say. Alas! Those days. I'm not a regular here. As far as acceptance is concerned, its the content which establishes a certain user. If your reply satisfies the questioner (or me), I would stalk your Q's and A's and yes you have my word. There are a few people who actually are oldest in the section but they miserably fail to make an impression. Nobody knows that I'm here in the section for past four years ;). For the other part, yes 24x7 users also get accepted no matter what content they post. They're like the categorical Bollywood songs which have pathetic lyrics but still get accepted by audience because of their 24x7 emergence in/on media. BQ: I would not add anything to what Sir Evan has said. There's a thin line between bravery and idiocy. Now every one is talking latter.
