Generally speaking .. it's not a good thing to share makeup such as mascara's and eyeliners. Because you are using them and then closing them up. That's also why they say replace them every 2 months because germs get accumulated. And those would be your own germs! So, don't share those. But eyeshadows and lip glosses, you can use different applicators to apply those to your friends faces. They can be thrown away and you aren't passing your own germs to them and they aren't passing theirs to you. Hope this helps.

It is very important to never share eye makeup products. (mascara, liquid eyeliner, eyeshadow) These items carry bacteria that is easily spread. My sister once contracted an eye infection from sharing mascara and lost her eyelashes. Makeup brushes can also carry bacteria. Powdered blush and lipsticks should be fine to share. It's always a good idea to clean the tip of lipsticks after use.

It depends what you are sharing, shadows, liners, and blush would be fine.
here are the things I wouldn't share.
1. lipgloss/lipliner because if one friend has a cold sore you could get one and pass it onto others.
2. mascara I am not sure why I just heard that it is not a good idea to share it.
3. foundation/face powder, everyone has a different colour range, so if one friend is pale, the other could be tan

lipstick and eye makeup such as mascara and eyeliner are bad to share with anybody else as you don't know if the other person has an infection in their eyes which can pass to you after they have used it then you use it on yourself also if you share powder and the other person has acne you can then get spots from the applicator, i wouldn't share make up or applicators with anyone else as they are quite personal items which make contact with the skin.

do not share any makeup. if you haven't heard of pink eye then if you share make up you will soon find out how painful pink eye is because you shared your makeup. also just think of the germs that will grow on your makeup and then you put on your face.

you should not share makeup such as mascara, eyeliner, or anything on your eyes because you can get infections...but really any makeup you shouldn't share with friends because its not sanitary...all of your face "germs" is on the makeup and then they're going to use it and mix their "germs" with it and its just kinda gross..

but yeah sorry i used "germs" haha i couldn't think of a better word.

you shouldn't really share eyemakeup (particually eye liner) because if one of you has an infetion (even if you don't know it yet) it can be easily passed on, face makeup is ok, though.

Don't do it on anything....
I sometimes see grils sharing lip gloss, and a few days later, I see those same girls with sores.... it's really gross... :P
