There's a quote from Socrates.

"Every man should be married"

He's saying every man should be married becuase either one of two things would happen, he'd get a good wife and be happy or his wife will be horrible and he'll turn to philosophy.

I just felt like sharing that ^^

Good day.

It is not a luxury of the philosophers. All men are born naturally curious, but somehow only a few men dare to ask the question or even think of asking the question.

Complacence with not knowing or just accepting the hand me down knowledge bars a person from being "philosophical"

Inquiry and the spirit of curiosity are the philosphers main thrust

Everything is based on association. Just be the examlpe and it will catch on by those you associate with.

my philosophy teacher once said that philosophy is a bourgeois pleasure. people who have "time to think" can engage in philosophy. i think we all have that luxury, we're just not aware of it. and we all are moulded to philosophy, just not that deep.
