Rejection is always hard, but often it is the broken expectations we have that are the most hurtful. Rejection is usually not a rejection of you personally, but the occurrence of something in the other person's mind that said the relation was going into an area where there was a fork in the road of life. Learn from the situation. Try to determine for yourself how you developed expectations that ultimately were not fulfilled. This is important because you can learn to avoid developing these expectations in the future and let your relationships grow slowly so that expectations are founded upon more solid ground. So I guess what I am saying is, look at rejection as an opportunity to learn and to grow and approach your relationships that way.

the answer is simple u dont
the thing is u cannot do anything about rejection you train yourself to get over it ....how? well u need to become more selfconfident and surely you will have to start thinking that you might get rejected because of you because thats not it u might get rejected and this possibility faces us all

i end with a part of a poem a poet wrote to a teenager who had just been rejected:

If of herself she will not love
nothing can make her

It's really hard but you just have to accept it as a part of life. It won't destroy you, it may hurt but in the end, it will only make you stronger.
