Have a cruise ship positioned west of the International Date Line on December 31st. After midnight the ship heads east to be on the other side of the IDL. So the next night it will be New Years Eve again.

There are some Cruise companies which offer such a service.

Or you can go to South-Bend, IN and after a kiss at the stroke of Mid-Night Drive West to Michigan City, IN and you will be there in 35mins driving at 70MPH. you will have 25Mins to Midnight.

By going to another time zone. I live in NC . if I went from there to say LA I would celebrate it again. After that fly to another time zone and celebrate it again.
