Is US terms it would look like an uptight new yorker business man that lives in Manhattan and all he cares and thinks about is money, work and business, and hates the people that live in Los Angeles (Rio de Janeiro in Brazil terms) because he thinks those people are too kick back and likes going to the beach a lot. His name would be Paul.
