i had changed my ipadd using RUN,but in ipaddressworld.com,it didnt change.Tell me whats d problem...?

i've cnged it by run>cmd>ipconfig/release>ipconfig/renew> restart comp...but still my ip address is the same...Help me change it,,i just can't open a site coz my ipaddress expired on it

Well I am making some assumptions here but changing your "LOCAL" ip wont change your internet IP. Your ISP has total control over your internet IP... you can't change it or it simply won't work!

You have to get an internet IP from your ISP. They sometimes use dynamic assignment and unplugging your modem for 10 minutes to 8 hours may change that assignment but it all depends on your ISP's setup. Check with them to see what you need to do to get a different IP.
