The easiest way to transform a decimal into a fraction is to multiply the numerator and denominator by 10 until you get a whole number on top.
So 0.25 = 0.25 (becauase anything divided by 1 is itself)
Multiply both top and bottom parts of the faction by 10 until we end up with a whole number on top:
0.25/1= 2.5/10= 25/100

25/100 is our fraction. Now cancel down where you can. Both 25 and 100 can divide by 25.
25/100 = 1/4.
