There is nothing (safe) you can do to make yourself grow. You are the height you were meant to be, and there is nothing you can do to change it.

Really there is no way of growing; it's completely up to your body. If you're a teenager then you still have time to grow taller but over the age of 18 your body has completed that process. I have been the same height since I was 15 but my brother remained shorter until he was 17; then he grew like there was no tomorrow.
When you are younger it matters more but as an adult; it really doesn't bother you. I am only 5' tall and I have no problem with my height at all; on the plus side, I never have to get anything off of a high shelf, everyone else does it for me. Good luck.

the best to ask for advise is your doctor.
go and consult her/him on your problem.
perhaps he/she can prescribe you a vitamins

your body.
do you know that height is GENETICS.
but sometimes, science can do wonders too:

His extraordinary growth spurt started at the age of 14 after surgery on a benign brain tumour stimulated his pituitary gland, which is responsible for generating the hormones that boost growth.

If you're over about 18 then no. If you're a child then yes, wait. Sorry that's all there is to it.
