+ 56 and + 2 satisfy the sum of the middle term
Insert + 56x and + 2x into the equation
7x² + 58x + 16 = 0
7x² + 56x + 2x + 16 = 0
Group factor
(7x² + 56x) + (2x + 16) = 0
7x(x + 8) + 2(x + 8) = 0
(7x + 2)(x + 8) = 0

(a+b)(a+b)
you were able to recognize the
