are you talking perrrennials? annuals? in the perrennials i would go with gayfeather, lavender,maiden hair, lambs ears, and pampas. festuca, peonies.gladioulas,and colmbine alot times you have spray pepper spray on your flowers to keep the deer from eating them these are the ones i found that dont care too for as for thier dinner.

Deer-repelling plants are: Perennial herbs such as artemisia, tansy, and yarrow and culinary herbs such as mint, thyme, tarragon, oregano, dill, and chives .
This is a list of perennial plants that are not favored by deer:
Yarrow, monkshood, anemone, columbine, Artemisia, butterfly weed, astilbe, false indigo, bergenia, marsh marigold, cornflower, delphinium, bleeding heart, foxglove, wood fern, purple coneflower, glove thistle, fleabane daisy, Joe-pye weed, spurge, blanket flower, crested gentian, baby’s breath, sneezeweed, coral bells, hibiscus, St. John’s wort, iris, red-hot poker, lavender, Shasta daisy, Liatris, lupine, Monarda, evening primrose, oriental poppy, Russian sage, obedient plant, Jacob’s ladder, Solomon’s seal, primrose, bracken fern, pasque flower, orange coneflower, perennial salvia, pincushion flower, yellow stone crop, goldenrod, lamb’s ear, painted daisy, spiderwort, and speedwell to name a few.
A few deer resistant shrubs: daphne, butterfly bush, boxwood, barberry, spirea, nandina, various rhododendrons, beautybush, American holly, Mugo pine, forsythia, hibiscus, lilac, currant, gardenia.
Deer resistant trees: various maples, various birches, various spruces, various firs, various pines, Hawthorn, Dogwood, Ginkgo.
