.. and it doesn't look like i qualify for an anullement, because we did not get married under any false pretenses, How would I go about getting a divorce?

I'm in UK, and only been married for 8 months.

You also wouldn't qualify for an annulment if you consummated the marriage, and it seems likely you would have had sex in 8 months.

Simply see a divorce attorney. If both of you wish to divorce, then it's a simple procedure.

Think you have to be married a year before you can divorce, but you need to speak to a solicitor.

In the US you can dissolve the marriage. If you don't own land or a house, nothing big to fight over, a dissolution of marriage may be possible.

If your spouse has not committed adultery, you have no valid reason for divorce.
