It only has novelty value. These are commonly sold through stores like Johnson Smith company, magic shops or other novelty shops. One side (in your case the heads side) is bored out and another nickle is machined to fit inside that one. Total cost for materials to manufacture= $.10

If the tails part is a natural occurence caused by a mistake at the mint it is worth more, probably, than a regularly minted coin. Go PCGS.com or pick up a book of errored coins at Barnes & Noble or Borders or another major chain. They usually have lots of books on coins. The Red book is considered to be the Bible for coin collectors also found at major bookstores. Or coin dealer shops. You may want to check heritagecoins.com also or pick up a copy of CoinWorld and find different dot coms that you can also check.

It is not an error coin but a novelty item. Two headed or two tail coins have been around for years and a used my magicians as well as someone wanting to make sure they win a bet. There are no authenticated two tailed U.S.coins. It is a conversation piece though.

$4.29 plus shipping with both sides heads ...
$6.75 plus shipping with both sides tails ...

I'm not selling or purchasing, just noting advertised prices as a guide for estimating "value". :-)
