Yes, I'm 5 months and had not spotting or implantion bleeding.
It doesn't always occur. The reason you can read information on it it so that if it occurs for you, you won't necessarily think you are having a period, when it might not be. Implantation bleeding is usually not nearly as long or as heavy as a normal period would be.

I had never even heard of implantation bleeding until this my third pregnancy. I had nothing with my first 2.

I did experience it with my first daughter, but never had any of it with my second.
