It is a SLOW card that just meets Shader 3.0. It would be quite close to the 64bit version of ATI X1300. BOTH are just entry level cards, so expect budget card performance.

Actually, it's one of the slowest video cards available today.
Believe it or not, even a 5500FX can be faster than that video card.
It's because the NVidia is seperated by the thousand digit in regards to it's features. 5XXX, 6XXX, 7XXX.
However it's actual performance is defined in it's hundred digits. For example, in the NVidia 7000 series, the slowest is the 7100, followed by the 7200, 7300, 7600, 7800, 7900, and 7950. I hope you get the idea.
So say, a 5800FX is faster than a 7300 more likely, however, the 7300 has more features such as support for DirectX9c, unlike the 5800FX which only supports the DirectX9a features.
In regards to Radeon, feature wise it's equivalent to a X1100. Which is also not saying much.
