she is hated I am sure, but that makes her popular, thus that makes her a celebrity, thus that gives her that huge juicy paycheck to become more annoying........thus the cycle continues.

popularity has nothing to do with being liked.
It's to be talked about.
Like Lindsey Lohan said, you wanna be in those tabloids even if they just trash you.
Publicity is popularity and negative press is better than none and people will always talk about celebrities who push themselves into the spot lights, like Paris does.
If it's a stupid act, like forgetting to put gas in her car or getting a DUY and going to prison.
She's is also a Fashion icon but I personally don't hate or like her....

OK........she isn't KINDA domb ...she is outright stupid...and she is a lier...she says that she will go to jail and do everything that needs to be down and then she goes back and trys to find EVERY wasy out of it...i have no pity for that idiot...and yah...she is kind pretty, but anybody can look good with as much makeup as what she wears

I like her.
I dont understand why people hate her. She's fun, cute, and young. My twenties were the best times of my life, and I'm happy for her that she's able to enjoy hers too.

just because you are well know doesnt mean you are liked
for example , paris hilton , osama bin laden

The papparazzi is keeping her so popular. The papparazzi need to learn that she is not popular anymore. We don't need her as an idol for our young girls anymore.

i think she is very cute. well, she can also afford to be cute. but also she projects the image of being dumb.
