Depends in what category.
One could easily say google is the best website (or yahoo, live) as it give you access to all (well, not all, but alot) the websites. You couldn't do withouth an search engine, could you?
For that reason, google is my favorite. You can trick it into giving you directories full of movies, music, ...
Second would be movieforumz.com
third demonoid.com (if they can come back, really hope so)
