I live in a two bedroom council flat, though it has it's own front and back garden!

It's just a tiny little place, nice, but it's insured for around sixty grand and the garage at twenty......but on the market around here anymore I would be lucky to get twenty-five for it, it's just a dying out community.

Probably quite a bit judging by the crazy prices being achieved lately in this area. However, I do consider such details as value to be private. In any case, this house ain't for sale!
