Probably never.
The cost and difficulty in transporting everything that you need to survive for even a few days in outer space is just to
much to deal with.
You would do better visiting the Grand Canyon in the USA.
At least you can breathe there and not have to wear Space Suits. Stay as long as your budget permits and your water supply lasts. Many neat tours are available.

Imagine seeing the holiday snaps from that one..
"This is one of us at the Sea of Tranquility" she said while showing a picture of 2 astronauts in full gear in a bleak, grey landscape with dark space above them. If it weren't for the reflective visor, helmet, thick padding, and all the other astro-gubbins that they've got on, the two people in the picture can probably be recognised...
"...and here's a picture of Nigel's footprint in the moondust". I could've sworn it's the same photo they've got in school textbooks of Neil Armstrong's footprint...
"..and here's one of us with the tour group getting ready to go on our crater excursion..." she said pointing to a picture of 10 identically dressed moon tourists in astronaut garb.. Which one did she say she was?

I thought Richard Branson was doing something along those lines - maybe not the moon but a trip into space. So I guess we are getting closer.
