The only really anti-american governments in Latin America are Cuba, Venezuela and Bolivia. Several are quite pro-America, including Brazil, Chile and Colombia, and Mexico to an extent.
I am of the opinion tha the problems in these countries are not generally caused by the US, they are caused by the poor and corrupt leadership in most of these places. International institutions and the US are popular scapegoats used by leaders who are incompetent or have robbed their country blind; a simple look at economic policies demonstrates that the aims of such policies are either to create favorable conditions for companies who pay off government officials or a misguided attempt to withdraw from the global economy, which usually leads to the end of international investment and the death of confidence among lenders.

Your question is not very clear, I believe you asked if Brazil's president is the only one in South America that is not anti-American, isn't it? No, the presidents of Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia can be called anti-Americans. Kirchner (Argentina) does not like the US very much but not enough so that he can be labelled anti-American.

No it isn't.
Columbia, Brazil, Peru are good allies. Just because Chavez has a monopoly on what's "news worthy" of S America by our broadcasters...it doesn't mean that he actually dominates the mentality over there anymore than GWB speaks for Canada.

No, but considering the dictatorship they had in Brasil from 1962 - 1984 which was installed with American CIA assistance I wouldn't blame him, especially as he was tortured by the dictatorship during those dark days.
