Hi John, look sweetie your penis size is fine the average is 5" so 1/2" off the average is more than OK.
If women judge you on size then they are shallow n not worth knowing.
I am a Nurse and have seen all sizes and you are not abnormal no matter what you may think.

it's not the size that counts it's what you do with it. What's the point of having a huge dick that won't even be used completely?
You're fine, and your dick is fine. Be happy with what you got, you are almost close to normal a erect penis size with is 5 inches.
A huge dick is sorta pointless, i know from experience. My boyfriend who is almost a foot long, and i won't let him in me.

it's a wee bit small but not too much. Your limp size doesn't really matter. Sounds like you have more of a grower than a shower. I'm pretty tiny when limp but then I quintuple in size while erect. Other guys have the same size dick regardless of whether it's hard of limp. It may be small but just know that it's how you use it that counts.
Also keep in mind that there are many out there who are much smaller than you.

Mine's the same size as yours. It's not that bad. But I do find it more embarrassing in the locker room than in the bedroom!
BTW, mine is actually more like 2" flaccid rather than 2.5 inches.
Another thing I do is trim my pubic hair and shave the shaft. That can make things appear a bit bigger.
