I told her I wouldn't be interested before she turns 18.
She's the daughter of my neigbor so I cannot avoid to see her almost everyday. She threatens to report me as a molester if I don't do as she pleases...
I'm 35 and it's her mother I'M really interested in...

Mother interested................Is the father alive?
If yes, you are in big trouble, the three of them will after your end
If not, and you are still after the mother, you are a loser. The girl will get you down even if you were successful in having the mother.
If you chose the girl, you'll be for sometime safe. But soon the girl will discover your intention and makes you life a hell.
Now, can you sit down for a while and see, honestly speaking, if you can love the girl and forget about the mother?
if the out come is yes, then you have gained your life and you are happy man.
if not, it is better to approach the mother. Confess, and tell her about the girl and that you have decided to leave the area because it otherwise will be your hell. But, First of all, see if the girl really wants you. This can help in reminding her if she is going to fail later on.
I know your situation is so difficult, but I had seen a similar case.
All this depends on the amount of truth in your above question and sayings.

tell her mother, she shouldnt be doing that, try and explain to her about the age difference and try to have a chat with her, thats a difficult sittuation for my age, im not going into that but i hope that helps you
