I have a Gigabyte Motherboard "GA-8I865G775-G" and i bought an Intel E2160 CPU (1.8 Ghz dual core 1MB cache).
Now I Don't know if it supports or not. the sucket Looks the same but I'm not sure.

Sorry, although that board supports 800mhz fsb, the BIOS does not support Core2 Duo. Here's CPU support list:

according to the gigabyte's site, the new processor is not supported. however, i noticed that it has the same socket as the new CPU that you just bought. While the processor is not officially supported, it could possibly be supported through a BIOS update which is downloadable on their site. The question however is if the latest BIOS update included support of your new processor. Contact gigabyte and verify if the new F3 BIOS included the microcode for e2160

core 2 is supported on Intel 945P, Intel P965, Intel 975X, and Intel i865 chipsets.

since you motherboard as the numbers show is a 865 with onboard graphics chip on board it'd be quite implausible to support a brand new CPU with a decent technology put into its fabrication.
sorry but your motherboard is quite oldie! it only supports the last generation Intel cpus.
