Well, to the best of my knowledge WS-FTP is only a client so you can use it on any machine with the same UID&PWD.

The uid and pwd are set on the SERVER side. You can access from any client using any FTP client ws-ftp, bullet proof, even the browser, once the server is setup.

You can't connect client to client with FTP - there has to be a server to connect into.

If you are using WS-FTP SVR and have set that up as the server. The go to the client machine, using an ftp client enter the host name or IP of the server for the host, enter the uid and pwd that you setup on the server and click connect! It will connect you to the default FTP directory on the server.
